A unique Perspectiv
We equip people to address complex challenges through bespoke services that develop innovation, leadership and collaboration capabilities. With expertise in consulting, training and coaching, we build our clients’ expertise in practice – embedding sustainable innovation and change into the organisation.
Established in 1997 by Andy Wilkins and Kate Stuart-Cox, our lineage in the field of complex problem solving and innovation goes back to the 1950s by way of our long history with the Creative Problem Solving Group.
Taking a holistic and systemic approach to building long-term client relationships, we have worked across the world in a wide variety of industries. We are proud to have won an international award for our facilitative leadership, contributed to several books, and helped establish the world-renowned Masters in Innovation, Creativity and Leadership (MICL) at Bayes Business School of City, University of London (formerly Cass), and more recently the Centre for Creativity Enabled by AI (CebAI).
