Leaders today face a world that is increasingly complex, ill-structured, dynamic, and even chaotic to the casual observer.
Traditional leadership and management approaches don’t seem to be working – often leaving us feeling unsure of what direction to take and struggling to make sense of it all.
Contemporary leadership is emerging based on the understanding that leaders are in service to problem solving and do not need to know all the answers, but do need to create a context in which everyone is willing and able to continually execute and change at the same time.
